We recently had J&B countertops install granite countertops in our home. The whole experience was very pleasant and most professional. The sales people at the retail store were so professional and kind, also very helpful in our selection of countertops. We appreciated that very much, because it had been a long time since we had updated our kitchen. The crew that came to take out our old countertops were there right on time; then the crew of installers showed up at the time when they said they’d be there. Both crews were professional, very nice, and so helpful. When the installers got through, they cleaned up every bit of the debris and dust, and they hauled off what we weren’t going to keep. Could not have been nicer, the whole experience could not have been more pleasant!
