After contacting three other companies and having them either go out of business or fail to show up for appointments we finally found J and B Countertops. When we called them, their rep literally showed up at our door within 2 hours. We visited their office the next day and their advisor spent well over an hour talking with us about our project then spent another hour helping us select our new granite countertops. The install team arrived at about 8:30 AM on the scheduled date and removed the old tops and installed the new ones by 1:30PM. To say they were meticulous would be an understatement. They removed the old tops without so much as a nick in our cabinets or walls and installed the new ones to perfection. We were amazed and pleased at the time they took to create a seam in our largest top, when they were done it was virtually invisible. They tarped our floors, vacuumed as they drilled and cut and cleaned and recleaned every surface until they were satisfied. We’ve done numerous home improvement projects over the years and during my career I contracted for numerous multimillion dollar projects. This company is as good as it gets, we can recommend them without reservation.

From our first visit with Katlyn through the delivery, it was an exceptional experience. Superb customer service. This is my 4th home to replace multiple counters (TX, WI & AL). Never has the delivery team done such a superb job like J&B with the installation! They took the time to meticulously install the new counter ensuring that measurement was correct, pieces properly leveled, sanded areas and cleaned/polished it. Plus, they were very friendly. The sales people at the retail store were so professional and kind, also very helpful in our selection of countertops. We appreciated that very much, because it had been a long time since we had updated our kitchen. The crew that came to take out our old countertops were there right on time; then the crew of installers showed up at the time when they said they’d be there. Both crews were professional, very nice, and so helpful. When the installers got through, they cleaned up every bit of the debris and dust, and they hauled off what we weren’t going to keep. Could not have been nicer, the whole experience could not have been more pleasant!
