From our first visit with Katlyn through the delivery, it was an exceptional experience. Superb customer service. This is my 4th home to replace multiple counters (TX, WI, AL). Never has the delivery team done such a superb job like J & B with the installation! They took the time to meticulously install the new counter ensuring that measurement was correct, pieces properly leveled, sanded areas and cleaned/polished it. Plus, they were very friendly. The team’s dynamics were most noteworthy. Highly recommend J & B!!!
